GETTING STARTED:

Welcome to Pinckard & Morgan Cleaners. We are excited to be your dry cleaner. Our self-serve kiosk will allow you ease & convenience for dropping off and picking up your clothing.

  1. Set up your account using the link above
  2. Place your garments in a temporary plastic bag (located in the cabinet above the drop box)
  3. Fill out the new customer profile sheet; place it inside your temporary bag
  4. Touch the screen on the front of the kiosk
  5. Touch Drop Off
  6. Open drop box and place your bag inside
  7. Touch Done

ONCE YOUR ORDER IS READY:

  1. You will receive an email and/or a text message when your order is ready.
  2. The door code, your pin #, and slot # will be included in the message.
  3. You will enter your pin # and slot # on the kiosk screen when you pick up your order.
  4. Your permanent bag will be with your first pick-up.
